Sept 7 question -
What genre would be the worst one for you to tackle and why?
Answer: Historical fiction. I'm too nit-picky.
So feel free to laugh at the fact that I have a King-Arthur-inspired story on my eventual planned books.
I fell behind the last two weeks. Horribly fell behind. I've cut myself as thin as I possibly can, the slices are transparent by now. I hope to be back ahead by later today. Or somewhat even.

Pass or Pages is coming! Sept 30 is the genre reveal, so please stop by to check it out. I've also interviewed some really great debut authors this month, so please swing by there on Wednesdays.
Happening at the A to Z Challenge
Autumn Challenge is coming (and might be up, depending on when you are reading this).

A lot of people picked historical fiction too. Hope you catch up soon. It's hard being behind.
ReplyDeleteI won't laugh but I might chuckle...
ReplyDeleteI tried my hand at a few historical things. It often leads down a path of a lot of research, and I get so bogged down because yeah, it's gotta be accurate, right? Hope your life calms down!
ReplyDeleteI never wanted to write historical fiction. You need to do tons of research to get the details right, and I'm not overfond of research. I much prefer speculative fiction. In fantasy or sci-fi, I can invent those detail, and nobody could accuse me of making a mistake. My world, my rules.
ReplyDeleteHaha, I understand why you'd choose that. I am open to reading it. But god knows I'll never write them :D
