D is for https://denapawling.blogspot.com/
I love THIS blog because:
- It's written by my fellow Operation Awesome team member
- "Dumb judges and even dumber rulings"
- There are a lot of fun posts to read on this blog, I never know what I'll find
“Dragon Post” is an interactive book about a little boy who finds a dragon living in the cupboard under his stairs. In a truly interactive fashion, this book features letters that he wrote to ask for help caring for his new friends. These letters are removable from the book, giving readers a new level of connection to the story! This book is clever and entertaining, to say the least. Ages 4-8.
"Shipping only available to USA and military bases from the provided Usborne link." - Kathryn Mowers (Consultant for the Dorner family)

- Disturbing Tranquility by Vanessa Wells

- Dying for a Living by Kory M. Shrum

QUESTIONS:
- Have you been to this favorite blog of mine?
- Have you read any of these books?
- Who is your favorite dragon?
Ooh, I love dragons, and even wrote a whole blog post on my favorites (because of course I couldn't pick just one): Why Dragons Are Cool
ReplyDeleteThat dragon book sounds very cute!
ReplyDeleteI have many favorite dragons... too many to choose from :D
The Multicolored Diary
I visited the blog at your suggestion. I have not read the books. The dragon one looks adorable, and the letters will be a hit with the children. Like the old book, Jolly Postman, I think. Something about a postman, and he had letters that could be removed and read.
ReplyDeleteI have visited Dena before, I think through A-Z in the past. Always entertaining

When I read "Dragon Post" I thought about a postal service provided by dragons and their riders. What a charming story it would make. Maybe I should write it.
ReplyDeletedragon post sounds like such a fun book to read with a child! thanks so much for sharing.

ReplyDeleteHey! This blog lets me comment easily! And yes, there are dumb judges and even dumber rulings =)
ReplyDeleteLOL. Glad we figured out the fix.
DeleteDying for a Living has been on my TBR for ages -- now I have the book and will read it (hopefully before the year is out, LOL). Dragons are awesome. My favourite dragon is Kilgara from BBC's Merlin.
ReplyDeleteRonel visiting for the A-Z Challenge with an A-Z of Faerie: Dangerous Dryads
I've been reading Dena for a couple of years now. I think I found her through the A to Z too.
ReplyDeleteJanet’s Smiles
Puff probably is my favorite! Though I have met some Bearded Dragons lately.
