  3. Yoga Animals in the Forest looks delightful. I don't have a favorite yoga pose, well maybe Savasana. :-) But earlier this year I had a dream where I woke before dawn and went out on a mountain top to do several rounds of Sun Salutations. While I don't have a mountain top IRL to work from, I did pay attention and have started my mornings with that sequence, and I have to say it feels really good.
